The CSPF of Iran's Good Practices received seven merit certificates from ISSA
The 7 good practices proposed by the Civil Servants Pension Fund (CSPF) for the "International Social Security Association (ISSA) Good Practice Award competition for Asia and the Pacific 2024" received a certificate of merit.

These best practices were selected from 10 proposals submitted to this union for participation in the Good Practices competition event for the Asia and Pacific region in 2024.

 

The Good Practice competitive event is part of a triennial program organized by the International Social Security Association (ISSA). This event is held regionally to showcase member organizations' successful and innovative experiences, facilitating the exchange of these valuable experiences among members.

 

According to an international and independent jury announcement, 34 member institutions from 21 countries in the Asia-Pacific region participated with a total of 187 projects this year.

 

The Civil Servants Pension Fund (CSPF) participated in this event with ten plans, seven of which received certificates of merit as follows:

 

- Retirement time” radio [Be Vaqt-e Bazneshastegi]: A podcast for Civil Servants Pension Fund retirees

- Comprehensive web system of employee records: Organizing the work records of civil servants

- Establishment of a public whistleblowing surveillance system

- Integrated Service Portal for the Civil Servants Pension Fund

- Launching the Saba application

- Leasing platform and credit management for Civil Servants Pension Fund subscribers

- Setting up the backup center of the Civil Servants Pension Fund

 

Three best practices, including "Ketaab_baaz: introducing retired people’s books", "Automatically exempting employees from deductions", and "Real estate investment trust (Reit)" also received attendance certificates.

 

All entries certified by the independent international Jury are available in the ISSA Good Practice Database (www.issa.int/databases/gp).
